Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nadga88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nadga88 website located at https://nadga88.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By creating a nadga88 account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by nadga88 — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing arcade titles — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the nadga88 platform immediately and close your account.

nadga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the nadga88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and nadga88.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to nadga88 and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. nadga88 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal account: You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Using the platform as an agent or proxy for another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction that you have previously requested through the nadga88 responsible gaming tools.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details — must be truthful and accurate.

If nadga88 discovers at any point that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above — or that accurate eligibility was misrepresented during registration — nadga88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void any pending bets or game rounds, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money features on nadga88 — including placing cricket bets, joining live casino tables, or playing slot games — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred local payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one nadga88 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at nadga88's discretion.

Account credentials — specifically your registered mobile number and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. nadga88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the nadga88 support team at support@nadga88.net immediately.

nadga88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time as part of its ongoing verification obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal access, or account closure.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nadga88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the four primary mobile financial service (MFS) providers available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. nadga88 does not currently support international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal matching: Withdrawals will only be processed to the verified MFS account registered to the player's nadga88 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your nadga88 balance in real time or within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment provider but are typically completed within 1–24 hours following identity verification clearance.
• Transaction fees: nadga88 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the MFS provider on their end are outside nadga88's control.
• Pending wagering requirements: Deposits made under an active bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full details.

nadga88 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where identity verification is incomplete, or where the transaction conflicts with the platform's responsible gaming obligations. In such cases, the nadga88 team will contact the player via their registered mobile number or email equivalent to resolve the issue.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on nadga88, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of the platform, or the fairness of any game or betting market. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nadga88 platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one nadga88 account for any purpose, including bonus harvesting or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, card games, or any betting market in a manner that distorts the natural outcome or creates an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the nadga88 platform in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, miscalculated odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from platform errors are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering: Using the nadga88 platform as a mechanism for the deposit, movement, or withdrawal of funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling activity.
• Third-party account use: Allowing any other person to access or operate your nadga88 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward nadga88 staff or other platform users through any channel.

nadga88 monitors platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, nadga88 reserves the right to act without prior notice, including suspending account access, voiding bets, withholding withdrawals, or permanently closing the account.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

nadga88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious transaction patterns, confirmed fraud, or at the voluntary request of the player.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the nadga88 support team at support@nadga88.net. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player's registered MFS account after standard verification checks are completed.

Players may also request a self-exclusion period — a temporary voluntary lock ranging from 30 days to 12 months — through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the requested period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The nadga88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nadga88 makes every reasonable effort to maintain a reliable, secure, and continuously available service, the platform does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods, third-party service outages, and network conditions outside nadga88's control may affect platform availability.

• nadga88 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or account inaccessibility resulting from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• nadga88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game result or odds display, nadga88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance.
• nadga88 is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or Spribe. Any disputes arising from third-party game content must be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance.
• nadga88's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their nadga88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.
